Today´s topic is pronunciation-the silent lettters!
Pronunciation is always a
very nice topic to talk about. I love that! We can learn a lot and even improve our
speaking ability .
Many people don´t know how
to pronounce some sounds. There are many reasons for that. One of that is when
they don´t pay attention on the words natives say. We can learn a lot
listening to English natives every day. It doesn´t matter if it´s American,
British or even Australian or Canadian accents. We should access all types of materials concerning English, every day! TV series, chat rooms, movies, learning applications, music, youtube, etc.
Well, I brought some
information about the silent letter in English. Semester 6 is studying this now
so I thought about sharing the following with my students and also with the ones who
really enjoy learning or updating their pronunciation every
now and then.
Let´s start then. I´ll write the words twice. At first you’ll see the spelling and then after that, the word without the silent letter. Lets see.
